I already know this session will forever be one of my all-time favorite engagements for years to come! I met Jessica and Aaron up at Mt. Falcon Park, which overlooks some beautiful hills and even the Red Rocks Amphitheater not too far away. These two lovebirds were absolutely adorable, and had me laughing several times throughout the session. Even Aaron couldn’t keep a straight face for long, which didn’t bother me at all! Their love (as seen in these images below) is so genuine and I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to capture their engagement photos for them before

I have another gorgeous woman on the blog this week! Meet Micayla, a 22-year-old CNA/Nursing student from Denver. We had a blast taking her portraits up on Mount Evans, and she brought the most stunning dress for the session! We first started near the uniquely twisted trees in the Mount Goliath Natural Area, and then drove up the mountain towards Summit Lake. Aside from the cold wind, the evening was beautiful, and offered us a perfect sunset over the valleys below. Micayla is currently working at Denver Health, while she pursues her nursing degree. She loves hiking, biking, traveling, and

I am over-the-moon about this styled elopement up on Mt. Evans! Lindsay and William are an extremely sweet and adorable couple who were absolutely perfect for a mountainside photography session. We started out taking photos among the trees at the Mount Goliath Natural Area, and finished up with some stunning snow backdrops farther up the mountain at Summit Lake. To top it off, Lindsay even brought her very own handmade flower crown and bouquet filled with soft pink roses! And both of the dresses she wore for this styled session were made by her friend Chelsy (you can find more of

This week I’m excited to share with you a few of my favorite portraits from Alexa’s session at Cheesman Park in Denver. She is a sweet 17-year-old woman with some of the most adorable facial freckles I’ve ever seen — which look perfect with her short pixie hair cut! She just graduated this past spring, and loved studying theatre and psychology in school. Now she’s working while taking a year to pursue modeling before going back for a college degree. We had fun taking a nice mix of portraits, from bright and colorful to a few darker and moodier images. We also

In this blog post I’d love to celebrate Wendy and Kevin’s upcoming wedding anniversary by sharing the gorgeous bride’s trash the dress session at Redington Beach’s fishing pier. This fun, loving couple are always full of laughs each and every time I see them. And I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to capture their wedding — my first time photographing a wedding (back in 2013!). Although it’s been a few years since this session, it’s still a gorgeous location and Wendy still tells me how gorgeous she felt during her bridal portraits on the beach. Here are some of my

On the blog this week is a gorgeous underwater session — with a ballet/dancer theme! Lauren Skeoch is a 20-year-old model who also is a full-time manager at a retail company and a full-time student! She’s been modeling for most of her life, but if this career were to fall short, she would love to become a teacher. These images highlight Lauren’s ability to make photographs seem almost dreamlike. Although this was her first time doing portraits underwater, she pulled it off so well! I hope you enjoy these photos from Lauren’s session! And if you love what you see, head

I’ve known Kayla for a few years and we’ve always talked about taking photos of each other for fun. With my move to Colorado creeping up on us, we finally decided to hit up downtown St. Petersburg for some portraits at a few locations I’ve been wanting to try for a while now. One of the things I love most about my hometown of St. Petersburg is that there are countless backdrops to use. Nearly every street has a variety of nooks to pause by and take a few artistic portraits. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from

For the last five years in a row, I’ve been lucky enough to capture Mila’s birthday portraits! She’s turned into quite the young lady, mixed with a little bit of wildness and sass that I absolutely love. We had a blast taking some photos in downtown St. Petersburg between the Dali Museum and the Mahaffey Theater. Then we drove over to the climbing tree next to the Museum of Fine Arts, and finished off with some ice cream at the Cassis Bakery. Here are some of my favorites from Mila’s super sweet and fun 5th birthday session! Love downtown St.

Marina & Roman

Marina and Roman’s wedding on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island was one of the most unique weddings I’ve ever experienced. These two lovebirds were sweet, truly smitten and glowing with happiness nearly every minute, day and night. Their bridal party was also a blast to work with. Marina’s bridesmaids were fun — and simply stunning! Just wait until you see the photos we took in the limo ride to the ceremony location! And the silly bunch of groomsmen had me laughing at least a couple dozen times. They couldn’t even stay serious for too long during the group shots! This
